The Yankees faced off against the Melville Bison in the first round of the South East Senior Baseball League (SESBL) playoffs. The Yankees placed fourth in league standings and drew the fifth place Bisons and home advantage.

The Yorkton United FC Under 10 soccer program travelled to Regina Canada Day long weekend to compete in ACFC Summerfest Soccer Tournament. The first game was YUFC Kinsmen up against YUFC Storm, after a close game, YUFC Storm came out on top 2-0.
