Yorkton This Week

The Yorkton Regional High School cheerleading team is coming off a winning season. Last year, the team competed in the senior varsity level two division. They competed at three competitions and took home first place at all of them.

Exercise is well known to be beneficial to all parts of the body. It is a common lesson to teach kids about the importance of exercise as it pertains to growth.
