Yorkton This Week

Nick Prokopetz, resident of the Yorkton & District Nursing Home entered eternal rest on Saturday, January 14, 2012 at the age of 98 years. Nick Prokopetz was born on April 29, 1913 at Shellmouth, MB; a son of Rose and Pentaly Prokopetz.

Saskatchewan leads the country in the growth of its registered nurse (RN) workforce, according to a report released yesterday by the Canadian Institute of Health Information (CIHI).

The Yorkton Harvest have lost 26 games so far this season. Apparently none of those losses hurt as much as the one on Saturday night.
