Great facility, great shows and lousy attendance. It was clear Moe McGuinty had a lot on his mind about the Dekker Centre’s finances in his final presentation to North Battleford city council Monday.

The City of North Battleford has signed a new collective agreement with CUPE 287. That is the union representing the vast majority of City workers. The authorization to ratify the agreement was passed unanimously at council Monday.

Bye Braun of Cut Knife will be inducted into the Saskatchewan Baseball Hall of Fame, Individual Category, as a Player/Builder Aug. 18 in Battleford for his contribution to Saskatchewan baseball history.
