North Battleford is getting provincial funding help towards storm sewer replacement at the Cameron McIntosh Airport.

Three individuals who face several charges following a Saskatoon robbery and a shoplifting in North Battleford were in court this week.

FRANCIS: Laurie Jean Francis passed away on Sunday, April 20, 2014 at the Battlefords District Care Centre following a lengthy illness. Jean was born on July 17th, 1918 at home which was situated at 130 - 4th Avenue N.E.

What started out as a report of shoplifting ended as an arrest of three people in a field northeast of North Battleford Monday afternoon.
