Another week of good harvest weather. Whenever the sun got at us it was "cooker time." One morning I got up and it was so foggy, I thought my eyes were gone. The fog burned off before noon and then it was back to "cooker time.

North Battleford Fire Department responded to a reported structure fire at 1552-99th St. Saturday at 7:24 p.m. The fire was quickly determined to be a minor kitchen fire, which was contained to the kitchen.
