We didn't get the April showers we had hoped for, but gardeners are excited about the May flowers and with the greenhouses opening, we will soon see beautiful blooms around town again. Minor Ball Day is being held May 6.

LANGLEY
LANGLEY Herbert "Ian" of Burnaby, British Columbia, passed away April 15, 2012 in his 92nd year. Ian died from cancer after a long illness. Ian was born on a farm near Speers, Saskatchewan, to Herbert and Sarah Langley.
