For those who have known me for a long time, it would come as no surprise if I was to say I have struggled with my weight for some time.

Hi there! It doesn't seem possible we are into March again. To me February has passed by so quickly. In fact I think I have been glued in front of the TV most of the time watching curling. Now this month I am off to the Brier in Saskatoon.

The Saskatchewan Liberals are getting on with life without former party leader Ryan Bater. They held their first strategy meeting in February and plan another in Regina this month on the heels of the resignation of the Battlefords-based Bater Jan.

Lately, I have been doing some deep thinking about the swift passage of time. I mention this because of some of the deaths that have happened over the last month.

The junior basketball season came to an end on the weekend, as district playoffs were held for the girls at John Paul II and for the boys in Luseland. The John Paul II boys won their first game 70-24 over Macklin to advance to the gold medal game.
