Broncos keep winning in 2013

It was a win-win situation for the Humboldt Broncos last weekend. The green and gold came back from their Christmas break to score two wins in their first two games of 2013, bringing their latest win-streak to six games.

Man killed by moose in Hwy. 5 collision

A man from Sturgis was killed last week when the van he was driving collided with a moose on Hwy. 5 near Humboldt. Emergency crews were called to a collision between a vehicle and a moose three kilometres east of the Bruno turnoff at 6:25 p.m.
