HUMBOLDT — Partners Family Services has closed its offices to the public, but is still providing mental health, crisis and counselling services.

HUMBOLDT — A new person for the Prairie Agricultural Machinery Institute’s top job has been selected. Leah Olson will be the institute’s new chief executive officer effective April 13.

The province has issued a news release stating that as of March 19 Saskatchewan now has four new, presumptive positive cases for COVID-19. That brings the total of cases to 20.

MELFORT—The City of Melfort has sent out a press release, asking residents not to flush cleaning wipes down toilets, even if the package says that they’re flushable.

Finance Minister Donna Harpauer presented the province’s budget estimates on Wednesday in lieu of a full budget. It showed a 3.1 per cent increase to spending, and 3.8 per cent raise for health services.

HUMBOLDT—The City of Humboldt has announced the closure of city hall to the public due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

TISDALE— The Town of Tisdale has closed their town office to the public in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. This measure was taken on March 19. On March 16, both the Town of Nipawin and the City of Melfort closed their municipal offices.
