Man charged in relation to hunting accident death
A 22-year-old Prince Albert man has been charged in relation to a death of a 23-year-old Prince Albert man in a field 10 kilometers south of Weirdale. Jordan Darchuk died of a gunshot wound after a hunting incident Sept. 16.

Livermore wins Carrot River byelection
Mike Livermore is Carrot River's newest councillor. Livermore received 81 out of 144 votes – 56 per cent of the vote – in a Dec. 13 byelection. He defeated Dylan Borody , who received 33 votes, and Joe Doerksen , who received 30 votes.
