The Leisure Services department at the City of North Battleford has announced some changes to the way registration is done for programs. From now on, registration for programs offered by Leisure Services will no longer be available at City Hall.

The Jaws of Life were needed to extricate one person from vehicle involved in a crash at the intersection of 11th Avenue and 109th Street Wednesday. The two-vehicle crash occurred at about 1:30 p.m.

North Battleford RCMP responded to about 24 calls for service between 5 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 3 and 6 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 4.

A 16-year-old woman is dead following a fatal collision at the junction of Highway 16 and 303 east of Lloydminster. The incident happened during the evening of Saturday, Aug. 30. Around 7:05 p.m.

North Battleford RCMP say they are investigating a complaint of a firearm being used during an altercation in the early morning hours of Sept.1 in the city. Just before 2 a.m.

There will be various partial street closures for pavement patching work from today. 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Each partial closure will not take all day. The times patching will occur on each street will vary.
