More than 30 files/calls for assistance were dealt with by Battlefords RCMP between 6 a.m. Tuesday and 6 a.m.

Between 6 a.m. Friday, Nov. 8 and 6 a.m. Monday, Nov. 11 Battlefords RCMP responded to more than 100 calls for assistance.

Two full 1,000 gallon propane tanks were reported stolen from well sites in the RM of Manitou Lake Oct. 21. Cut Knife RCMP say the tanks were stolen sometime between Oct. 19 and Oct. 21.

The Battlefords Rural Detachment of the RCMP is reporting further arrests in relation to cabin break and enters and thefts in the Cochin and Aquadeo areas that have occurred since late October.

Early this spring the Renwick family sadly lost a dear friend to cancer. They had sat with their friend, during the final weeks and days at the palliative care rooms in St Paul's Hospital in Saskatoon.

Senior Viking Girls' Volleyball are off to regionals this weekend in Melfort . There are six teams competing in the Northern Girls' 5A regionals. The top three teams advance to Provincials which are held in Yorton this year.
