A stellar summer of baseball continues to roll on for local teams. Over the weekend both the Marysburg Royals and Muenster Red Sox continued their winning ways, with both teams among the elite in their respective leagues.

Chelsea Leonew started playing softball when she was only five and hasn't looked back since. Encouraged to play by her father Darcy, Leonew, along with fellow Humboldt natives Carissa Wempe and Rebecca Athmer, will be traveling to Leduc, Alta.
