Since spring is almost here, the robins will be home soon and that means it is badminton season. Senior Badminton practices are Tuesday evenings. Junior Badminton practices are Tuesdays and Thursdays after school.

The Carlyle Detachment of the RCMP responded to 29 calls between Feb. 22 and Feb. 28. On Feb. 22 the RCMP responded to a complaint of a vehicle fire in Wawota. No one was injured and nothing else was damaged in the fire.

The Student Leadership Team is selling "We Are Love" buttons in the month of February. All proceeds will support "We" initiatives around the world. The team is also participating in "We Create Change.

Health care seen as critical

Currently the Central East Hub of Sun Country which includes Redvers, Carlyle, and Arcola is struggling with one full time physician, one who is almost back to full time status, and a full time nurse practitioner.
