There has been a move by Weyburn Wal-Mart employees to decertify themselves, in reaction from a recent ruling by the Saskatchewan Court of Employees in favour of the union certification by the United Food and Commercial Workers.

Weyburn to host female Russian hockey team

Weyburn has been chosen as one of the communities to host the Moscow Atlant, a female bantam hockey team from Russia that will be touring through the southern part of Saskatchewan. The team will play at Crescent Point Place on Thursday, Dec. 16.
