The Weyburn Ag Society hosted their "Fall Brawl" demolition derby on Sunday afternoon at the Weyburn fair grounds, with heats for cars, trucks and a modified class. The competition featured specially made trophies made of pistons and other engine parts, plus cash prizes for the top drivers.

Annual Toy Run held for Weyburn Salvation Army

The Weyburn Independent Riders held their annual Toy Run for the Salvation Army on Saturday afternoon, starting from the Legacy Park parking lot and ending at River Park, after travelling around Weyburn, including down Third Street downtown and up to South Hill. With around 50 motorcyclists taking part, they collected around 250-300 toys and $390 cash for the Salvation Army altogether.
