The Estevan Bruins and other teams in the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League will be limited to 150 spectators per night once the 2020-21 regular season begins Friday night.

There are 74 new cases of COVID-19 to report in Saskatchewan on Nov. 1, bringing the total to 3,218 cases. Three of the new cases are in the southeast region. One of those cases is in Southeast Zone 4, which includes Estevan.

Residents of the Estevan area were out celebrating Halloween Saturday night. Families could be seen in the neighbourhoods, visiting homes and seeking candy. The familiar refrain of “trick or treat” echoed throughout the evening.
