Concert-goers can look forward to a high-energy performance by the Hunter Brothers at the Cugnet Centre on Tuesday, March 6. These charismatic siblings, consisting of Luke, J.J., Ty, Brock and Dusty, will share their stories throughout the evening.

Interest was high in the 34th annual James Weir People’s Choice competition with a record number of ballots cast, a large crowd heard at the unveiling of the contest winners on Thursday evening at the Allie Griffin Art Gallery.

The Souris Valley Museum is pleased with the support shown for its first winter camps. The museum held two camps for youths during the winter break for local schools. The first was Winter Wonderland Camp for children ages three to five from Feb.

The two main stage shows that will be performed at the Souris Valley Theatre’s Frehlick Hall this summer are both written by southeast Saskatchewan playwrights.

Saskatchewan-born comedian Brent Butt is famous for many reasons but one of them is putting Rouleau on the map with his hit show Corner Gas, which gained popularity all the over the country when it was on the air from 2003 to 2009.
