Students from the Weyburn Junior High are hard at work cleaning up the yard areas around the Weyburn Special Care Home on Thursday, the second day a crew from the school came over to help the care home facility out.

Weyburn Arts Council hosted two receptions April 25. The 2014 Local Adjudication Reception was held at Signal Hill Gallery. During the day professional artist, Leslie Potter critiqued the work of 13 local artists.

Grease performances still on/dinner theatre cancelled

Due to a lack of ticket sales, the dinner portion of the performance of Grease scheduled for Sunday, May 4 has been cancelled. However, the show must go on. The Sunday performance will take place at 7 p.m.
