Lorraine Helen Hoppe passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 25, 2014. She was predeceased by her parents, Max and Anne Kaip; five Reddick great grandchildren and sisters, Alice (Jerry) Wenman and Judy Pohl.

New season for curling starts at rink

The Weyburn Curling Club has started another season, as their weekly leagues are now in action, and a number of bonspiels will be held this season. The first bonspiel will be the Habitat For Humanity Spiel which will be held Saturday, Nov. 22.
