The seven graduating students from two to eight years old from Ukrainian families new to Canora are parishioners of two parishes – the Ukrainian Orthodox and the Greek Catholic, and completed their first-year studies.

During the summer, Canora's Ukrainian Heritage Museum open from 2 to 5 p.m. on Wednesdays and Thursdays from June 4 until around Labour Day.

The last several years, spring planting in the school garden has become a tradition for students at Canora Composite School, and on May 23 they were back at it.
