Dear Editor Last year, before Christmas, someone cut down two lovely spruce trees in the Saint Marguerite Cemetery along Highway 3 near St. Walburg.

Never before in my life have I hoped a head coach is wrong more than I do right now.

Fire alarms caused a little excitement at Fabricland at about 10:15 a.m. Monday. North Battleford Fire Department reports the alarms were activated by fogging being used to remove smoke odour.

Many families choose to relocate at this time of year so they can get settled in before the new school year. Moving can be stressful because it involves major change and upheaval and lots of decisions to purge clothes, tools, and documents.

The second annual North Battleford Street Performer Festival wrapped up Sunday afternoon with a brief performance from all the entertainers.

Sherry Ann (Richard) Falcon passed away July 21, 2015 from cancer at the age of 50. She was born June 9, 1965 to Don and Joyce Richard.
