John Paul II's Drama Club put on an amazing performance of the Alan Haehnel play, One Hundred Lies. The production was directed by Lindell Gateley and Gordon Znack, and the club spent four months practising.

The Hafford branch of the Lakeland Regional Library held a Ukrainian Easter egg (pysanky) decorating workshop after school for children aged five to 11 years. Classes began March 6 and were held weekly until Easter.

Hafford Central School held its 15th annual art and drama extravaganza March 25 in Hafford. The first performance of the afternoon was called Murder Most Fowl, written by Colleen Newman.
