The president of the University of Regina was in North Battleford Monday looking to stamp out poverty.

City to tender theatre fit-up

North Battleford council has authorized the city to proceed with tendering for the theatre fit-up. The fit-up involves those items that will comprise the theatre once it is completed.

Shooting at Little Pine

An investigation is under way into an early-shooting shooting that happened April 21 at Little Pine First Nation. The call came in to Cut Knife RCMP around 4:30 am that morning.
