The annual Battlefords Indian and Métis Friendship Centre's All Native Stanley Cup took place on the weekend and featured some of the best aboriginal hockey players in western Canada.

MILNTHORP - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Joyce Lillian Milnthorp, late of North Battleford, on March 30, 2012 at the age of 92 years. Joyce was born on May 28, 1919 at Brighton, England.
