Rolled semi blocking Highway 16

A semi trailer rolled on Highway 16 west near Paynton at approximately 4:45 a.m. today. Maidstone RCMP say the semi truck was proceeding westbound approximately five kilometres west of Paynton, near the Payton Truck Stop when it rolled.

Spring like temperatures enjoyed

What beautiful weather we have been enjoying for the past several days. It's more like spring than winter. However, that's about to change in mid-week. Forecasters tell us temperatures will drop considerably then.

Once again 100th Street is the scene of a motor vehicle collision. This one took place Thursday, Feb 2 at 8:03 a.m., at the intersection of 100th Street and 15th Avenue. Two vehicles were involved, but fortunately there were no injuries.

A cash cow stop sign

I haven't been nabbed yet, but that's likely because I'm this halo glowing, saintly driver who always comes to a full stop at a stop sign and counts to three. Sometimes I can hardly stand to be in the cab with myself, I'm so righteous.
