TISDALE — The Town of Tisdale has said they have received several complaints of semi-trucks illegally parked on Highway 3, near the Tisdale Tim Hortons. “Initially there were a lot of complaints.

TISDALE — The Tisdale RCMP are asking for people to educate themselves on methamphetamine, following a rise in the community. “We are starting to see methamphetamine in our community.

HUMBOLDT — The Humboldt Broncos proved last week that they could compete with the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League’s best team. On Friday night, the Broncos and Battlefords North Stars were tied at 2-2 after two periods.

CARROT RIVER — Luc Marleau started this hockey season playing forward but earned all-star accolades for the Carrot River Outback Thunder as a defenceman.

UPDATE: Cora Lisitza has been found safe. ARBORFIELD — Carrot River RCMP are asking for the public's help to locate 59 year old Cora Lisitza. She was last seen on Jan. 24 at 10 a.m. in Arborfield.

LANIGAN, BRUNO, RM OF BAYNE — More than $10,000 worth of bull riding gear was stolen from a vehicle parked at a business on Highway 16 in Lanigan. The crime took place in the early morning hours of Jan. 20.

WAKAW, MELFORT — A series of arrests and searches in Wakaw and Melfort resulted in five being arrested and 29 grams of what’s suspected by the police to be methamphetamine seized.
