TISDALE — Tisdale’s new detachment commander, Sgt. Wanita Minty, said she believes her officers should feel like they can come to work every day with a goal in mind for improving the community.

HUMBOLDT — Council has voted in favour of allowing a daycare at The Elizabeth Retirement Community. Little Lizzy’s Intergenerational Learning Centre has been approved for funding by the province for 21 infant, toddler and preschool spaces.

NIPAWIN — Delegates of the Pineland Co-op voted unanimously in favour of recommending an amalgamation with Lake Country Co-op in Prince Albert. Before the two co-ops can amalgamate, Lake Country Co-op will need to also vote in favour.
