North Battleford receives $770,000 for targeted police initiatives
The City of North Battleford has once again received a Municipal Police Grant from the province of Saskatchewan in the amount of $770,000. This goes towards targeted policing initiatives and is similar to past amounts from the province.

NB man pleas guilty to failing to file tax returns
A North Battleford man has been fined for failing to file personal tax returns. The Canada Revenue Agency announced Gerald Belyk, age 56, pleaded guilty to the charge of failure to file personal income tax returns for 2012 and 2013.
