It was more than just a regular monthly meeting of the Humboldt and District Chamber of Commerce (HDCC) on September 7. This month they celebrated a Chamber milestone, exceeding 200 members.

A white 2007 Chevrolet Silverado stolen in Maidstone Thursday between 10 p.m. and 1 a.m., has been located abandoned west of Paynton.

North Battleford Fire and Emeergency Services have deemed suspicious a shed fire that happened in the city Sept. 24 at 3:55 a.m. According to the fire department, the blaze started in the shed located on the 1300 block of 106th Street.

An 18-year-old Marsden man is dead following a single vehicle rollover Saturday in the Neilburg district. Cut Knife RCMP say a pickup truck heading east on Highway 40 approximately eight kilometres west of Neilburg at around 4:40 a.m.

A break and enter occurred Sept. 4 at Table Mountain Regional Park. Three snowmobiles, one quad and a large number of tools were stolen. Sept. 5 or 6, a car parked on Ross Crescent was entered and a purse, white DSI and a turquoise DS3D was stolen.

The 30th annual PotashCorp Fire Fighter's Rodeo was held on September 17 in Lanigan. The overall winner of the event was the PotashCorp Lanigan team, with the PotashCorp Patience Lake team being named runner-up.
