Parent mentoring program turns 15

Prairie North Health Region's Parent Mentoring Program (PMP) is celebrating 15 years of service to mothers, fathers and children, supporting parents and families through the mentorship of volunteers and the guidance of program staff.

Thieves have hit a Paynton resident twice since Aug. 11 Maidstone RCMP say they were notified Aug 11 of the theft of a six-inch drilling auger from a yard in the village.

Businesses broken into Sept. 24

Three businesses located on Thatcher Avenue and one on the 2700 block of 99th Street were victims of break and enters Sept. 20. All businesses victimized by the early morning break ins sustained damage and property was stolen.
