Hockey bus involved in deadly crash

ARMLEY — RCMP are reporting a serious collision between a hockey team’s bus and a semi-trailer unit near the intersection of Highways #35 and #335. The Star-Phoenix reports the bus was the Humboldt Broncos’. Police said there were 29 on the bus.

TISDALE — Approximately $200 worth of candy was stolen from the Falkon Theatre during the night between April 4 and 5. The Tisdale RCMP said nothing else was stolen and there was no damage caused to the premises. Police are investigating the crime.
