It’s so far, so good, for Stephanie Bramham and her daughter Teal in their new home that was constructed through Habitat for Humanity. A key presentation ceremony – a highlight for any Habitat for Humanity build – was held early last month.

Over the past three decades I’ve made it my habit to read through Psalms and Proverbs once a month; for Psalms, that includes five per day and for Proverbs, one chapter a day.

Susan Colbow has a hard time believing that the 2018 edition of Telemiracle is only a couple of months away. Colbow is the chairperson for the 42nd annual fundraiser, which will be March 3 and 4 in Regina.

Some family trees have beautiful leaves. Ours has a few nuts . But there is nothing I would change. Some of my favourite family tree humour includes I think my ancestors had several “bad heir” days.

Most of us, from time to time, need to get away from it all to renew our spirit and find the inner peace we require.
