Between April 5 and April 11 the Carlyle Detachment of the RCMP responded to 41 calls. On April 5 the RCMP received a call regarding a vehicle travelling at excess speeds on Highway 9 north of Carlyle.

Two dead in Highway 39 collision

The latest collision on Highway 39 has claimed the lives of two women. According to Weyburn RCMP, a two vehicle accident occurred at 2:40 Thursday afternoon half a kilometre north of Midale.
