Report from the Weyburn Police Service for the week of January 28 to February 3: During the reporting period, police received 98 calls for service, as well as a number of complaints about residents pushing snow onto the streets with their quads.

Between Jan. 25 and Jan. 31 the Carlyle Detachment of the RCMP had 57 files. On Jan. 25 a complaint was received concerning someone threatening harm to another person. The RCMP investigated and spoke with the parties involved.

On Feb. 2 Penny Buhr Johnson performed at the Wawota Town Hall bringing her back to the venue of her first concert. Currently living in Caronport Johnson was very happy to be back in Wawota for the evening.
