The Boston Bruins have a weird way of celebrating and they also have very expensive taste. The NHL squad deserves full marks for what they did not long ago in Vancouver.

The Yorkton PeeWee Cardinals (team 2) took part in a four-team tournament hosted by Melville on June 18.

The Yorkton Cardinals continue to struggle with only one win on the week, leaving the team with a Western Major Baseball League record of 4-14 and a winning percentage of .222, worst in the league as of Monday morning.

The disc golf course at Patrick Park is now complete and ready for use. The nine-hole course is complete with numbered holes as well as a practice 'green'. There is no cost to play, and the course doesn't close.

The disc golf course in Yorkton was officially unveiled last Saturday morning at Patrick Park as the course designer made a trip back to his hometown to help out. A handful of people came out to see the course and give the game a try.
