On Saturday, July 7 in the community of Preeceville, SK, RCMP received a call at approximately 12:20 p.m. to attend to the Preeceville School grounds to investigate a collision involving an eight-year-old boy and a parade float vehicle.

Lorence Nowicki passed away July 4, 2012 in his home in Theodore, SK. He was 73 years old. Lorence was born in Springfield, MB, November 1, 1938, the son of Walter Nowicki and Freda Nowicki (Nee Schmelinsky).
