A fire that caused extensive damage to a garage on 100th Street is being treated as suspicious in nature. The fire broke out at the garage on the 700 block of 100th Street in North Battleford Thursday afternoon.

Friday during the noon hour, WPD Ambulance and the RCMP were called to two vehicle collision on the south bound bride on Highway 16 between North Battleford and Battleford. Paramedics treated and released two people at the scene.

Wilkie resident, Dan Sittler, son of Terry and Blair Sittler is living a dream. His band, based out of Edmonton, Se7en Sided, has hit the cover of Music Now magazine. Sittler used to play with the band based out of Wilkie, Offset.
