Of all the tired clichés in sports - and there are many - perhaps none is more misused than the idea of a "must-win" game. The term should really be reserved for situations that require, well, a must-win.

Spencer Bast was the hero for the Stars in double overtime Thursday night as Battlefords downed the Mintos 3-2 in game two of their SMAAAHL semifinal series at the Art Hauser Centre Arena. Bast's goal came 6:50 into the second overtime period.
