As the North Saskatchewan River Baseball League heads into the final 10 days of the season, several teams are looking at the standings and calculating the "what ifs" and possible tie breakers.

In a best of three series against the Battlefords Bantam Bandits, the Unity Bantam Panthers played their hearts out to win the first two games to advance to this year's Saskatchewan Summer Games in Meadow Lake in August.

The Battlefords Ball Hockey League wrapped up June 28, as the final two playoff games were played in the 11 to 15 division. The Falcons met up with the Eagles in the championship game and came away with a 7-3 win.

The Northwest Vipers entered the Battlefords and District Ladies' League playoffs with a 13-1 record and in first place. The Vipers proved to be the favourite Monday, as the playoffs started at the Flats for the league's eight teams.
