Saskatoon produce Aron Braun will join other outstanding baseball builders Aug. 18 in Battleford when he is inducted into the Saskatchewan Baseball Hall of Fame. Braun, born in 1930, was introduced to the game in 1958 and it became his passion.

North Battleford Beavers Mosquito AA Team is hosting a Saskatchewan Baseball Association Mosquito AA Provincial Championship Tournament Friday to Sunday at the Civic Centre baseball diamonds. Opening ceremonies are slated for 6 p.m.

The Lampman A's senior men's baseball team are the 2012 inductees into the will be inducted into the Saskatchewan Baseball Hall of Fame in the team category. The Lampman A's were formed in 1977 with Arnold Lund as coach.
