Some of the best competition of high school-aged wrestlers from Western Canada gathered in Saskatoon on the weekend.

That's why they play the games. The first round of the Saskatchewan Prairie Hockey League playoffs began Wednesday and it was the two lower seeded teams earning wins in the first game.

They are the hottest team in the Battlefords and the hottest team in the Saskatchewan Bantam AA Hockey League. The Battlefords Phoenix Sports Bantam AA Barons are undefeated in 2012.
